Deon Energy Limited operates through three business segments. Explore each service below to understand its scope.
We design and build ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects, from engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning.
Explore EPC servicesWe operate, monitor and maintain solar plants under separately agreed service arrangements, primarily for projects executed by our EPC business.
Explore O&M servicesWe develop, own, operate and maintain solar generation assets and sell electricity under power purchase agreements.

Our turnkey EPC services cover ground-mounted and rooftop projects, from conceptualisation and engineering to installation and commissioning, with assistance on land acquisition-related matters and necessary regulatory approvals.
In-house design teams undertake generation simulations, shading analysis, equipment sizing, electrical layouts and structural design.
We source solar panels, inverters, transformers, mounting structures, SCADA systems and other components, considering quality, cost and delivery schedules.
Our teams coordinate civil works, mechanical and electrical installation, testing, commissioning and connection to power evacuation infrastructure.
Project designs based on customer electricity requirements, suitable technology and site conditions.
Solar projects installed on land parcels, primarily for industrial customers. These serve captive consumption, third-party power sale arrangements and other long-term renewable energy procurement requirements.
Historical project capacities: 0.50 MW to 34.57 MW
On-site solar generation at manufacturing facilities, warehouses, commercial establishments and other operating locations, helping industrial customers meet a portion of their electricity requirements.
Historical project capacities: 10 kW to 1.5 MW
We assess site conditions and customer requirements before finalising the solar plant design and coordinating project-specific approvals.
From Assessment to Grid Connection
Ground-mounted assessments consider solar irradiation, grid connectivity and site accessibility. Rooftop assessments include the existing structure, shading and electrical infrastructure.
Engineering work includes electrical sizing, structural and foundation design, project layouts and shadow analysis, according to site requirements.
We assist with applications and documentation for relevant feasibility approvals, grid connectivity, inspections, net metering and commissioning.
We provide O&M services primarily for solar projects executed through our EPC business, covering ongoing maintenance, repairs, plant operation and monitoring.
O&M arrangements are agreed with customers and are not included in every EPC project.
Routine plant operation and monitoring, supported by SCADA systems.
Scheduled inspection and maintenance of solar plant equipment and systems.
Fault identification, basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repairs.
Maintenance of operational records as part of the agreed service scope.
Our O&M agreements do not guarantee energy generation, capacity utilisation, plant availability or financial returns. Solar generation depends on external factors including weather, solar irradiation and grid availability.
Our Third Service Vertical
Under our IPP business, we develop, own, operate and maintain solar power generation assets and earn revenue through the sale of electricity under power purchase agreements.
Land identification and acquisition, project design, equipment procurement, construction and commissioning.
Ownership and operation of solar generation assets, with regulatory approvals, grid connectivity and long-term maintenance.
Sale of electricity to off-takers under power purchase agreements.
