About Deon Energy Limited

Under our EPC business model, we provide end-to-end project execution on a turnkey basis, encompassing conceptualisation, assistance to our customers in relation to land acquisition-related matters, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and assistance in obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, including approvals relating to evacuation lines connecting the solar power plant to the electricity grid, on behalf of our customers.

As part of our turnkey project execution, we provide customised solutions by analysing our customers’ existing power consumption requirements against the actual solar power generation that can be commissioned, measured in MWDC and MWAC, and evaluate suitable technologies for each solar EPC project.

Our IPP business complements our existing EPC operations by enabling us to leverage our in-house project execution capabilities, engineering expertise, supplier relationships and operational know-how across the entire project lifecycle.

Under the IPP business, we develop, own, operate and maintain solar power generation assets and undertake activities including land identification and acquisition, project design and engineering, procurement of equipment, construction and commissioning of solar power plants, obtaining regulatory approvals, grid connectivity and long-term operation and maintenance of the assets.
