Our EPC work includes site assessment, engineering, component procurement, installation and commissioning. Separately agreed O&M services include monitoring, inspections and preventive and corrective maintenance. O&M agreements do not guarantee generation, plant availability or financial returns.

Under our IPP business, we develop, own, operate and maintain solar power generation assets and sell electricity under power purchase agreements.

Our EPC business covers ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects. The project scope is developed around customer requirements and site conditions, from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning.

Financial outcomes depend on site conditions, electricity requirements, project cost and the agreed commercial arrangement. The DRHP does not establish a standard customer payback period. Please contact us for a project-specific assessment.

Our operations are concentrated in Gujarat and Maharashtra. Our registered and corporate office is in Ahmedabad, with offices in Rajkot, Mumbai and Morbi.

The project scope is developed around customer requirements and site conditions. EPC activities include assessment, design, equipment procurement, construction and commissioning, with assistance on necessary approvals and grid connectivity. Commercial terms and any O&M services are agreed separately with the customer.

O&M services primarily support projects executed through our EPC business. The agreed scope may cover plant operation and monitoring, scheduled inspections, fault identification, basic troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and operational records. O&M is not included in every EPC project.
